How to Log In and Set Up Your Account

Intended for: Employee | Application: Web + Mobile Application


Your manager will send you an invitation by email. Creating your account takes about 2 minutes.


Where to find the activation email

After being added to the system, you will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject You have been added to a business.

Can't find the email? Check your Spam, Bulk, or Promotions folder. If it's not there, ask your manager to resend the invitation.


Login procedure — on computer and mobile phone

1. Open the email from [email protected] and click Add to business.

2. You will be redirected to app.dayswaps.com. Fill in:

  • First and last name

  • Email (the one the invitation was sent to)

  • Phone number

  • Password (at least 8 characters)

3. Click Complete registration.

Done — you are logged in and can see your schedule. Next time, log in directly at app.dayswaps.com/login.


Downloading the mobile app

Once you have an account, download the Dayswaps app and log in with the same credentials:


What to do if it doesn't work

The link in the email doesn't work or has expired

The activation link is valid for 7 days. Ask your manager for a new invitation.

Forgotten password

After 5 incorrect attempts, login will be blocked for 5 minutes. You can reset your password via How to change a forgotten password.
