A new employee logs into Dayswaps via an invitation sent by email. Below you will find the complete step-by-step process, including solutions to the most common problems.
Registration via email invitation
Check your email inbox — the invitation comes from [email protected].
In the email, click the Add to business button.
You will be redirected to app.dayswaps.com, where you will fill in:
first and last name
email address
phone number
password
Click Complete registration — your account is now active.

Mobile application
Download the Dayswaps mobile app only after completing the web registration (see above). The app is available in the App Store or Google Play under the name DS app.
Common issues
I didn't receive the invitation
Check your Spam / Bulk email folder.
Ask your manager to resend the invitation.
The invitation link doesn't work
The link in the invitation is valid for 7 days. If the period has expired, ask your manager for a new invitation.
I forgot my password
On the login page app.dayswaps.com, click Forgot your password? and follow the instructions in the email.
