Getting Started with the Mobile App

Intended for: Employee | Application: Mobile Application


The Dayswaps mobile app is available for iOS and Android. Your schedule, shift offers, and attendance are always at hand.


Downloading the App

You can find the app in:

Search for Dayswaps or click the link above.


Logging In to the App

1. Download the app and open it.

2. Enter the email and password you set up when registering on the web.

3. Tap Log In.

Don't have an account yet? First create one via the activation email from your manager. See How to Log In and Set Up Your Account.


Navigating the App

After logging in, you will see:

  • Calendar — your current schedule with planned shifts

  • Centre — access to shift offers, attendance, and other features

  • Bell — notifications about new offers, approvals, and messages

  • Settings — personal details, password, and notifications


Setting Up Notifications

To make sure you don't miss anything, enable push notifications:

1. Allow notifications when the app asks you on first launch.

2. Or go to Settings → Notifications and choose what you want to be informed about (new offers, approvals, messages from your manager).
