Getting Started with Dayswaps: A Guide for New Employees

Your manager has just added you to Dayswaps — here are three steps to get you up and running in five minutes.


What to expect in Dayswaps

Dayswaps is an app for shift scheduling and communication with your manager. As an employee, you can:

  • View your schedule — planned shifts with time, position, and location

  • Request time off — vacation, sick leave, or other absence

  • Track your vacation balance — see how many days you have left

  • Track attendance — clock-ins, clock-outs, and hours worked

  • Communicate with your team — notice board and group chat


Three steps to get started

  1. Activate your account — check your email from [email protected] and click the link in the invitation. Fill in your name, email, and password → Complete registration.

  2. View your schedule — after logging in, a calendar with your shifts will open. Click on a shift to see the time, position, and location.

  3. Download the mobile app — log in with the same credentials as on the web. iOS (App Store) · Android (Google Play)

If the invitation didn't arrive, check your spam folder or ask your manager to resend it.
