Contact groups allow you to divide employees into groups for managing operational continuity. The Dayswaps system will alert you if employees from different groups are unintentionally scheduled on the same shift.
What Contact Groups Are Used For
This feature is suitable for businesses where certain groups of employees should not be mixed — for example, due to separation of operations or other internal rules (safety, hygiene, etc.).
Setting Up Groups
Business → Contact Groups
All employees are automatically assigned to the first group "A". If you need more groups, create the required number and then distribute employees among them.
Steps for Dividing Employees into Groups
Click + Add Group and create the required number of groups.
Assign employees to individual groups.
