Intended for: Manager | Application: Web + Mobile Application
You can find an overview of what employees have approved or edited in both the web and mobile application.
Web Application
Go to Office → Attendance.
Click on Columns and check:
Status — shows the approval stage of each record
Last edited — shows who made the last edit
Employee — shows whether the employee approved their attendance
Above the records (monthly statistics), actions performed by the employee are highlighted in orange.
Mobile Application
From the Calendar, go to Hub → Attendance icon.
Select the month and employee.
Click on a specific shift — from here you can make edits or approvals.
Orange circle next to a day = the employee approved their attendance.
Orange/brown square above the records = summary statistics of approvals and edits for the month.
