How to Check Employee Attendance Approvals and Edits

Intended for: Manager | Application: Web + Mobile Application


You can find an overview of what employees have approved or edited in both the web and mobile application.


Web Application

  1. Go to Office → Attendance.

  2. Click on Columns and check:

    • Status — shows the approval stage of each record

    • Last edited — shows who made the last edit

    • Employee — shows whether the employee approved their attendance

  3. Above the records (monthly statistics), actions performed by the employee are highlighted in orange.


Mobile Application

  1. From the Calendar, go to Hub → Attendance icon.

  2. Select the month and employee.

  3. Click on a specific shift — from here you can make edits or approvals.

  4. Orange circle next to a day = the employee approved their attendance.

  5. Orange/brown square above the records = summary statistics of approvals and edits for the month.
