Attendance Overview

Intended for: Manager | Application: Web + Mobile Application


The Attendance module is used to record and track employee attendance and can be connected to a terminal or payroll system.


Module Activation

Before you start, verify that you have the module activated: Settings → Modules → Attendance.


Opening the Attendance Overview

Go to Office → Attendance.

Select the month in the top left. A table overview will appear — fund, overtime, approved attendance, and a link to the Detailed Report.

In the menu at the top right you will find: Add Record, Export, Columns, and Bulk Edit.


Tracking Records

Column Settings

Click on Columns — you have 20 columns to choose from. Check the ones you need to track.

Filtering

Click the dropdown arrow on individual columns and filter by employee, day, presence type, etc.

Comparing Plan vs. Attendance

The Scheduled Working Time and Actual Working Time columns show planned and actual hours. The Difference column shows the hourly difference between them.

Why is the attendance plan not displayed? The plan is not displayed for attendance records that were entered after the shift started.

Other Useful Columns

  • Last Modified — shows who made the last change to the record

  • Status — filter attendance pending approval

  • Warning (red circle with exclamation mark) — alerts to non-compliance with labor law


Detailed Report

The Detailed Report offers 27 columns. You can access it via the link from the Attendance overview, or directly through Office → Reports → Employees.
