Compare scheduled hours with actual worked attendance — for different contract types, there are several places where you can track this.
Where to track plan vs. attendance
A) Calendar
Below each employee's name in the calendar you can see their hours fund. Suitable for a quick overview.
B) Office → Attendance (info boxes)
A table with a monthly overview — hours fund, overtime and approved attendance in one place.
C) Office → Reports → Employees
The most detailed view — 27 columns with complete information about shifts and working hours.
Special situations
1) Full-time employee in single-shift operation
A full-time employee working the entire period in single-shift operation (40 h/week = 160 h/month) — it is sufficient to track via the Calendar or info boxes in Attendance.
2) Full-time + part-time contract simultaneously (or two part-time contracts)
If an employee has multiple contract types at the same time, go to Reports → Employees. There you will find details about the contract type on each individual shift.
3) Employee in multiple positions
In Reports → Employees, filter by position — only shifts for the selected position will be displayed.
