Report: Employees

Intended for: Manager | Application: Web Application


The Employees report is the most detailed overview of shift information for a given period — offering up to 27 columns to choose from. You can find it in Office → Reports → Employees, or via the Detailed Report link from the Attendance overview.


How to work with the report

1) Set the period

In the top right, click on the Period field — a calendar will open. Click on the first and last day of the desired range.

2) Filter

Filter the displayed data by: employee, position, location, contract type.

3) Select columns

You have 27 columns to choose from:

Employee, Total hours, Overtime, Working hours, Absences, Hour transfer, Regular, Saturday hours, Sunday hours, Night hours, Public holiday hours, Active on-call, On-call hours, Average weekly hours, Overtime (agreed transfer), Overtime (ordered transfer), Full-time, Agreement (DPP), Agreement (DPČ), Company ID, SIC – Sick leave, HOL – Holiday, PH – Public holiday, HO – Home Office, DOC – Doctor, BC (Business trip)

4) Export

Check the required employees in the left column and click Export. The file will be downloaded in .csv format.
