How to Withdraw Your Interest in a Shift Offer

Intended for: Employee | Application: Web + Mobile Application

Did you sign up for a free shift and now don't want it? Unfortunately, interest in a shift offer cannot be directly withdrawn in the system.

Why Can't It Be Cancelled?

Once you submit your interest in an offer, your manager can see the request and decides on the assignment. The system does not provide a button to withdraw interest.

What to Do Instead

Option 1 — Contact your manager

Write or call your manager as soon as possible and let them know you are no longer interested in the shift. The manager will remove you from the list of interested employees manually.

Option 2 — Submit an absence request for that day

If the manager is not reachable, submit an absence request (e.g., personal time off) for the day of that shift. The manager will know you are unavailable that day and will assign the shift to another colleague.

This option is only an emergency workaround — it is always better to contact your manager directly.
