Your manager can post an open shift for the whole team. Here you will learn how to find and accept it — via web and mobile app.
Where to find shift offers
Open shift offers are displayed in three places:
Notifications (bell icon on the left in the menu) — a red dot signals a new message
Calendar — a yellow banner directly on the relevant day
Hub → Offers icon (mobile app only)
For quick alerts, set up notifications by email or phone. Shift offers fall under the Shift information category. Settings are found in Account Settings → Notifications.
How to accept an offer — on the web
1. Click the Bell icon in the left menu and open notifications.
2. In the Calendar tab, offers are also shown in a separate Offers panel on the right.
3. Click the arrow to expand the shift details and read the specifics (time, position, location).
4. Click I'm interested in this shift.
5. Wait for confirmation from your manager. When your manager decides, you will receive a notification and the shift will appear in your calendar.
How to accept an offer — in the mobile app
1. Open the Bell or navigate via Hub → Offers.
2. Select a shift from the list.
3. Review the details and click Accept.
4. Wait for confirmation from your manager — an orange banner Pending approval will appear on the offer.
Important deadlines
Offers are not open indefinitely:
Standard offers (posted more than 24 h in advance) — close 24 hours before the shift starts
Last-minute offers (posted less than 24 h in advance) — close 1 hour before the start
What to do when an offer has disappeared
Did you receive a notification but can't see the offer in the list? The shift was most likely assigned to another colleague and was automatically removed from the list.
