DS PRO Forms allow managers to create and send surveys directly to employees — with automatic dispatch, notifications, and clear reporting.
What can DS PRO Forms do?
In DS PRO you create a form: fill in questions, configure scoring or rating scales for answers.
Set who receives the form and when it is sent.
Employees receive a notification to complete the survey (in-app and by email).
Managers receive a notification when someone completes the survey.
All submitted data is available in the Reports tab and can be directly linked to HR attributes.
An employee survey can be followed by a manager survey (follow-up form).
