I'm in the trial period (first 14 days)
A) You haven't entered payment card details: The account automatically cancels after 14 days — no action needed. The trial is free.
B) You've already entered your payment card: Contact us via the helpdesk (blue bubble at the bottom right). Our team will handle your request.
I want to reduce or cancel licenses, but keep the account
If you need to reduce the number of paid licenses to a minimum or zero (but don't want to cancel the account), follow the article Removing vs. Increasing Licenses.
I want to completely cancel my account and delete all data
Contact us via the helpdesk (blue bubble at the bottom right) and request full account cancellation and data deletion. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Cancelling the account and deleting data is an irreversible operation. All data (shifts, attendance, employees) will be permanently removed.
