For: Manager and Employee | App: Web application

Contact customer support

Reach out to us via the helpdesk — click the blue bubble at the bottom right and describe what's happening.

The better you describe the problem, the faster we can respond to your request.

What to include in your description

1. Problem description

We usually ask these questions — if you write them out for us upfront, you'll save time for both of us:

  • What isn't working and where?

  • What did you edit, and for whom?

  • Which day or period are you dealing with?

  • Is this about a shift, a leave request, or a report?

  • Did it happen right when you opened the window, or after a while?

  • Does another manager also manage the DS system alongside you?

  • What were you doing in the system when you noticed the problem?

  • Is there an error message displayed?

2. Screenshot

Take a screenshot exactly as you see it — you can optionally highlight the issue in color. A screenshot usually helps us the most.

If the problem still isn't clear

If we're still not sure where the issue lies, we'll additionally ask for:

  • Browser console log — instructions below.

  • Operating system and browser — visit www.whatsmybrowser.org and send us the URL it generates (in the form whatsmybrowser.org/b/XXXXXX).

  • Antivirus — if you use one, let us know which.

  2. Open the console with Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows) or ⌘+Opt+J (Mac).
