How to Clear Cache & Cookies in Dayswaps

For: Manager and Employee | App: Web application


Is something displaying incorrectly in Dayswaps, or is the app behaving oddly? Clearing your cache and cookies usually fixes the problem in 30 seconds.


Option A: Directly in Dayswaps (recommended)

Since 2026 you can clear local data directly from your profile card in Dayswaps — no need to go through your browser settings.

  1. Click your initials in the bottom-left corner of the app.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. In the left menu, select Advanced.

  4. Click the Clear local settings button.


Option B: In the browser (Google Chrome)

If Option A didn't help or you don't have access to the app:

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.

  2. Select Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.

  3. Check Cookies and Cache (cached images and files).

  4. Click Clear data.
