How to Cancel Your Dayswaps Account

Intended for: Employee  |  Application: Web + Mobile Application

Want to stop using Dayswaps or leaving your employer? This article explains who can remove your account and how to ask for it.

Who can remove your account

Your Dayswaps account was created and is managed by your employer. That's why only your manager or HR can remove you from the system — you can't cancel the account yourself in the app, and the Dayswaps team won't do it on your employer's behalf.

Step by step

  1. Contact your manager or the HR department at your company.

  2. Ask to be removed from Dayswaps and give the e-mail you use to sign in to Dayswaps.

  3. Wait for your manager to remove you — they can do it immediately or on a specific date.

  4. Once removed, you can no longer sign in to Dayswaps. You can then uninstall the mobile app.

If you're leaving your job, your manager may remove you at a later date — for example because of outstanding wages or attendance records. Until then you will still have access to your account.

What if...

You work for more than one business? Each employer removes you separately. Ask for removal in every business where you no longer want an account.
