Answers to the most common questions about editing, deleting, extending, and syncing forms in DS PRO.
How do I edit or delete a form?
Click the Edit button next to the relevant form. In the top right corner of the editor you will find the Trash icon for permanently deleting the form.
In the Forms tab you will find the edit button in the last column on the right. After making changes, remember to click Save.
How do I extend the completion deadline?
Click Edit next to the relevant form.
Enter a higher number of days for completion — e.g. if 7 days were set and it is now day 8, set 9 days.
Inform employees that the deadline has been extended.
Save the changes.
Important: You can only extend the completion deadline for forms configured without recurrence.
How quickly does data sync?
Data is written through every minute.
The form is sent in the first minute after midnight on the configured date.
If you select the current day, it will be sent almost immediately (sync every minute).
How are responses written through to HR data?
Responses are written through to HR attributes and appear in the employee's profile.
Whether they are also visible to the employee depends on the individual business settings.
Warning: For correct write-through to an HR attribute, the field must have a matching type — text, number, etc.
