What is sent and when
The meal allowance export is automatically sent every morning at 09:00 to the email addresses of all accountants for the relevant country.
No manual action is required — the export runs automatically every day.
The “Reorder” sheet
The export includes a new sheet called “Reorder”. Accountants can use it to quickly see where changes have occurred during the month and where additional meal tickets need to be ordered.
